1. DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping & Delivery Timeline:

We aim to deliver all orders within 4 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. The delivery timeframe depends on factors such as the shipping destination and the operational capabilities of our courier partner. Orders within metro cities may be delivered sooner, whereas deliveries to remote areas may take longer.

Order Processing Time: Once an order is placed, it is processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once processed, customers will receive a confirmation email with details about their shipment.

Delays:

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery timelines, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause delays. These include:

  • Weather conditions such as storms, floods, or natural disasters that disrupt transportation networks.
  • Logistical issues such as strikes, courier operational delays, or traffic disruptions.
  • Regulatory restrictions, including customs clearance delays, government restrictions, or lockdowns.
  • High-demand periods, such as festive seasons or promotional sales, which may lead to longer processing and delivery times.

Noir Élégance is not liable for delays caused by courier partners but will actively assist customers in tracking their shipments and resolving any delivery concerns.

Shipping Partner:

We have partnered with Delhivery for shipping across India. Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via email and SMS.

Shipping Charges:
  • A shipping fee is applicable on all orders unless a free shipping offer is explicitly mentioned.
  • The shipping charges depend on the customer’s delivery location and will be displayed during the checkout process.
Tracking Orders:
  • Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.
  • Customers can track their shipments through the Delhivery tracking portal by entering the provided tracking number.
  • In case of any difficulties in tracking the order, customers may contact care@noirelegance.in for assistance.
Failed Deliveries & Reattempts:
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may attempt redelivery.
  • If the package remains undelivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to Noir Élégance. In such cases:
    • Customers can request re-shipping by paying the additional shipping charges.
    • If the order is canceled due to non-delivery, a refund will be processed minus the shipping fees incurred.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
  • If an order is marked as delivered but has not been received, customers must contact Noir Élégance within 48 hours to initiate an investigation.
  • If a shipment is lost due to courier partner issues, we will work with the courier to resolve the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.
  • Noir Élégance is not responsible for damages that occur during transit. However, if an item arrives damaged, customers must follow our Return Policy for claim processing.

2. RETURN POLICY

Eligibility for Returns:

At Noir Élégance, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Customers may request a return within 5 days of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • The following items cannot be returned:
    • Products purchased on sale, clearance, or promotional discounts.
    • Personalized or customized items, as they are made to order.
    • Used, washed, or altered products.
    • Items without original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Return Conditions:
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: To process a return, customers must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video as proof of damage, defect, or incorrect item.
  • Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.
  • Products with signs of wear, stains, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping:
  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect item, Noir Élégance will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to other reasons (e.g., size issue, change of mind), the customer must bear the return shipping costs.
  • Customers must use a reliable courier service with tracking to return products.
Refund for Returns:
  • Full Refund: If the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect item, a 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method after the item is received and approved.
  • Partial Refund (50%): If the return is due to reasons other than damage or defect, such as a change of mind or size issue, only 50% of the order value will be refunded after the item passes the QA inspection.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: Refund requests for damaged or incorrect products must include an unboxing video. Returns without this proof will not be accepted for a full refund.

3. EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility for Exchanges:

At Noir Élégance, we allow exchanges to ensure you receive the best fit and color for your purchase. However, there are specific conditions under which an exchange can be requested:

  • Customers may request an exchange within 5 days of delivery from the date the package is marked as delivered by our courier partner.
  • Exchanges are permitted only for size or color changes of the same product.
  • All exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or color is out of stock, alternative options will be provided based on availability.
  • Personalized or customized products are strictly non-exchangeable under any circumstances, as these items are uniquely crafted per individual orders.
Exchange Process & Charges:

To ensure a fair and efficient exchange process, we follow these guidelines:

  • Customers requesting an exchange will receive 50% of the original order value as an exchange credit. The remaining 50% must be paid by the customer to complete the exchange.
  • Customers must also bear the shipping charges associated with sending the exchanged product and receiving the new product.
  • If the requested size or color is unavailable, the customer may select another item of equal or higher value by paying the price difference.
  • All exchanged items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items failing to meet these criteria will not be accepted for exchange.
  • The exchange process will be initiated once the returned item passes our Quality Assurance (QA) inspection to confirm its eligibility.

4. REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Refunds:

Noir Élégance maintains a strict refund policy to ensure fairness and consistency in handling customer requests. Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products that were delivered to the customer.
  • The returned item must pass our Quality Assurance (QA) checks before the refund is approved.
  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during checkout. We do not offer refunds in cash or store credits.
Refund Processing Time:
  • Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
  • The credited amount may take additional time to reflect in the customer’s bank account, depending on the bank’s processing policies.
  • Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been successfully processed.
Non-Refundable Items:
  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for refunds.
  • Personalized or customized products are strictly non-refundable, as they are uniquely crafted based on customer specifications.
  • Refunds will not be issued for items that fail the QA inspection due to visible signs of wear, washing, alterations, or missing original packaging and tags.
  • If a return does not meet the eligibility criteria, the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

GENERAL TERMS

To ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience, the following terms apply to all returns, exchanges, and refunds:

  • Noir Élégance reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the specified eligibility criteria.
  • Customers are responsible for properly packaging return shipments to prevent damage in transit. Items received in damaged condition due to poor packaging will not be accepted.
  • Repeated return or exchange requests from the same customer may be subject to review and possible rejection, to prevent abuse of our policies.
  • Noir Élégance is not responsible for delays caused by courier services. However, we will assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues when possible.
  • Any disputes regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds will be handled in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy and at the sole discretion of Noir Élégance.
